The GMP division collaborates extensively with research groups at the University of Chicago as well as those at other universities and pharmaceutical companies. We go beyond clinical assays and regularly work with collaborators to address their specific needs, and we are always open to additional collaborative projects. Any clinical assay offered by the division, including our 1,212 gene OncoPlus panel, are available to be used to support translational research projects and clinical trials. We also have extensive experience designing novel NGS applications and compatible custom bioinformatics algorithms and pipelines. Our other current research efforts include but are not limited to single cell RNA-seq, clonal evolution, HPV genotyping, circulating tumor DNA analysis and minimal residual disease detection.
